Column Chaos is a game published by Axpenproj. There are no accounts and no sign-in, your progress stays on your device, and nothing you do in the game is sent to Axpenproj.
Column Chaos is provided to you free of charge for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may install and play it on devices you own. By playing it you accept these terms; if you do not, uninstall the app.
Your progress is saved only on your device. It is not backed up to any server, so uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or losing the device loses the progress with it. There is no way for Axpenproj to restore it, because there is no copy to restore from.
Coins, ball skins, tower themes and debris effects are features of the software, not property and not currency. They have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between devices or players, and may be changed or removed in a later version. Nothing in this build can be bought: every coin in the game is earned by playing it.
The app is paid for by advertising. Ads are supplied by Google and their content is not chosen or endorsed by Axpenproj. Watching a rewarded ad is always optional and always in exchange for something stated up front.
Please do not modify the app, tamper with its saved data to fabricate progress, redistribute it, or sell it. The game, its code and its artwork remain the property of Axpenproj.
The game is provided as is. It is a game: it may contain bugs, it may stop working after a device or OS update, and it may be withdrawn or stop being updated at any time. To the extent the law allows, Axpenproj is not liable for any loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
These terms may change in a later version of the app, and the date above changes with them. Continuing to play after an update means accepting the version shipped with it.
